Created & Authored the Rescue My Bar Manual that consists of 1000+ pages of Fully Editable Handbooks, Reports, Guides, Job Descriptions, Pricing Guides, Cash Flow Sheets, Private Event Contracts, Inventory Reports, Order Guides, Operating Procedures, to assist in opening or operating a successful Bar, Restaurant, Nightclub or Entertainment Facility.

Secured & contracted 2 separate Rescue My Bar Constants into 2 different 3-year multi property employment contracts. Both contracts have lowered operations costs by over 62% and raised gross revenue streams by over 130%.

Park City Utah
2014 – 2015

Annually operated live entertainment venue with a 699 capacity. The Park City Venue is also the headquarters for Billboard Magazine’s Winter Music Festival hosted during the World Renowned Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah.

After taking over the venue’s operations and management control, I raised the venues Net Profit by 74.74% while decreasing overhead expenses by more then 22% and lowering the pour cost from 35% down to 8% per week.

Under my direction and management, the Park City Venue reported a 10-Day net profit of over $387,392.00 on tickets and beverage sales alone, during the 2015 Sundance Festival.

Following the Sundance Film Festival the City of Park City issued the property 2 letters of appreciation, acknowledging the extremely positive change in operational procedures and venue management. The Park City Officials also stated, that there is no time in the history of Park City that two letters been drafted for one property until now.
